You can request deletion of your SocialCollab account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@socialcollab.me from your registered account email.
  2. Use subject line: Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include your account email and full name used on SocialCollab.

Verification and processing

  • We may request identity confirmation before processing deletion.
  • Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
  • Certain records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, security, or financial compliance.
